Based in New Orleans, Judge David Bell is the founder and chief executive officer of Personal Care Partners, LLC, a regional healthcare company located in Gretna, Louisiana. He oversees all business operations at Personal Care Partners, ranging from administrative scheduling to growth and market analysis. Judge David Bell has successfully sustained growth at the company over the past 15 years, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, through strategic mergers and acquisitions. He balances his responsibilities in this position with his work as an adjunct professor of political science and criminal justice at Southern University at New Orleans.
Before starting Personal Care Partners, David Bell served as a judge with the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court. His past positions include managing partner of David L. Bell and Associates, LLC, a family and criminal law firm; and vice president of operations for the New Orleans Business and Industrial District.
David Bell received his juris doctor from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge. He was a President and Dr. Martin Luther King Scholar. Away from his professional responsibilities and teaching activities, he enjoys collecting and restoring vintage automobiles.
